Data & Privacy
The information collected from you at the time you place an order (on you or those you gift to) will be stored in our database and is used purely to carry out your instructions and action your payment. There are no circumstances under which this information might be passed to a third party.

Pricing & GST
Prices are quoted in New Zealand dollars and exclude freight costs unless stated on your final order summary. All prices include GST for those purchasing within New Zealand. Where you as a customer are domiciled other than in New Zealand, the prices do not include VAT or sales tax applying in the country where you are domiciled. The customer is responsible for payment of any sales tax applying in the country in which they are domiciles, in addition to the purchase price.

Payments
We accept the following payment methods: internet banking/bank deposit, Visa card, and Master card.

Delivery
Freight cost within NZ is $6 per order with an additional $3 for rural delivery (rural area box must be selected). We send most orders via courier. Normal NZ Post is used for large items or rural deliveries where the buyer does not wish to pay the additional $3.

All reasonable efforts will be made to dispatch in-stock items within two working days from receipt of order. For out of stock items, customers will be informed of any delays. The cost of freight & handling is excluded in the product price or as stated on the final order summary.

For overseas orders, the cost of freight will be emailed to you before the payment is processed.

Goods damanged in transit
Please notify us immediately by phone or e-mail should you receive the goods in damaged condition. The goods must be kept in their original packaging in order for claims to be made with courier/postal service.

Refunds & Returns
We make every effort to check all goods before dispatch for any defects. However, should you find the goods to be faulty please notify us by phone or e-mail immediately, we will then issue a Return Authorisation Number(RAN). The goods shall be returned to us within 7 days of the receipt of RAN, with RAN quoted on the package. We will endeavour to repair or replace the goods within 14 days, if we are unable to do so we will refund or issue a store credit. If initial payment was by credit card, then the refund will be made back to your credit card company. If however payment was by internet banking/bank deposit, then the refund will be deposited back to the original account. We will cover for the cost of return freight on faulty goods. Our major concern is to maintain our happy relationship with you our customer.

Should you wish to return the goods for any reasons other than faulty. The goods must be returned to us within 14 days from the date the order was placed, in original condition, unused with tags still attached. The goods can be exchanged or a store credit will be issued less freight costs. The store credit is valid for 3 months. You are responsible for all freight costs.

Sale goods are not returnable unless faulty.

Law and Jurisdiction
Any contract for your purchase from Cutie is governed by and has to be interpreted under the Law of New Zealand, and you agree that such contract will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
